The RoleWe are actively recruiting for a Regional Sales Development Manager to cover a specified location in terms of sales of both new and used equipment across our range of capital equipment. In this role, you will predominantly target small to medium-sized accounts with a focus on regional business.
The ideal candidate will have a background within Materials Handling or similar capital equipment sales and be able to:
- Prospect new business to ensure enough leads are generated to meet or exceed agreed unit targets
- Organize and drive sales efforts, understanding the area, customers, and individual requirements
- Build relationships with confidence and tailor solutions to each customer to resolve problem points during the sales process
**Compensation Package:** The salary for this position is estimated to be around £38,000, with an OTE of £50-60,000. Additionally, benefits include Bonus, Commission, Vehicle, Pension, Life Cover, Benefits Portal, and Health Cash Plan.
