Key Responsibilities:
  • New Business Development: Actively engage with customers to explore additional quoting opportunities, diving into specific needs, projects, and pain points to deliver tailored solutions aligned with customer goals.
  • Customer-Centric Sales Advocate: Serve as the primary point of contact, delivering top-tier customer experiences while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities for products and services.
  • Maximising Sales Potential: Proactively identify customer needs and recommend value-adding products or services to drive increased revenue and foster stronger customer relationships.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • A goal-oriented individual with excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Proven experience in providing outstanding customer service and driving sales growth, ideally within a global or technical environment.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with international customers and internal teams, along with an ability to spot sales opportunities.
