Sales Development Representative

At Inspire Resourcing Ltd, we are seeking a skilled Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, providing administrative support, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Making outbound sales calls to prospective customers.
- Order Processing: Manage and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to clients.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintain and update the CRM system with customer data, sales activities, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate Sales Activities: Schedule meetings, calls, and follow-ups for the sales team with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, including sales forecasts, tracking key metrics, and compiling sales data.
- Communication: Act as a point of contact for customers regarding order status, product information, and other inquiries, ensuring prompt responses.
- Cross-Department Coordination: Liaise between the sales team and other departments (e.g., marketing, finance, and operations) to ensure smooth execution of sales orders and customer satisfaction.
- Inventory and Stock Management: Assist in monitoring stock levels and ensure timely reorders of products where needed.
- Sales Support Documentation: Prepare and manage sales-related documentation, such as contracts, invoices, and purchase orders.
- Event and Trade Show Support: Assist in organizing sales events, trade shows, and customer engagement activities.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: Experience in a sales support, sales administration, or customer service role. Experience in a fast-paced sales environment is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with internal teams and clients.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, with excellent attention to detail.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to resolving issues and improving processes.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with sales and other departments to achieve common goals.
- Customer Focused: High level of customer service and relationship management skills.
