About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Advisor to join our team at Daisy Communications. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for conducting inbound and outbound sales calls with businesses, selling our products and services to B2B customers based on client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture relationships with UK-based SMEs to drive sales from initial contact to closing.
  • Proactively identify and qualify potential customers to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets while adhering to established strategies, call KPIs, and performance metrics.
  • Leverage CRM systems to effectively manage sales opportunities, track customer interactions, and maximise sales potential.

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience is desirable, ideally in Telecommunications, energy or merchant services.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport and understand client needs.
  • Negotiation/objection handling skills.
