About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to join our team at our Chesterfield site. As PA to the Regional Director, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support, including diary management, travel arrangements and document preparation. You will also be responsible for managing the Centralised Switchboard Team and conducting Health and Safety checks.

Responsibilities
* Provide high-level administrative support to the Regional Director
* Manage the Regional Director's diary, arrange meetings and book meeting rooms
* Prepare reports, emails, letters and other documents using MS Office software
* Coordinating travel arrangements and settling expenses
* Conducting Health and Safety checks at the Chesterfield branch and coordinating activities across the Region

Requirements
* Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role
* Strong background in motor trade processes and dealership operations
* Excellent communication, organisation and administrative skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Salary Information
The salary for this role is approximately £31,200 per annum, commensurate with experience.
