Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product development, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proven track record of driving innovation and improving processes.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
The estimated salary for this position is £75,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
