About the Role

We are currently seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to join our client's construction team in the East Midlands region. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled professional to lead on-site operations, manage client relationships, and drive project success.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering D&B projects, managing clients, and working closely with site delivery teams. They will also possess excellent communication skills, be able to analyse complex data, and provide solutions-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships to ensure expectations are met
  • Collaborate with site delivery teams to ensure works are delivered to programme
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve project outcomes
  • Provide technical expertise for new tenders
Requirements
  1. Minimum of 5 years' experience delivering D&B projects as a Contracts Manager
  2. Proven track record of managing clients and project stakeholders
  3. Experience working for Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor
  4. SMSTS / CSCS / First Aid certifications
What We Offer
  1. Competitive salary range: £65,000 - £80,000 per annum
  2. Company car allowance: £5,000 per annum
  3. Company bonus scheme: up to 15% of annual salary
