About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our client's expanding construction team in the East Midlands region. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing clients, ensuring works are delivered to programme, supporting site delivery teams across two sites, and providing technical expertise for new tenders.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Contracts Manager to join a market-leading contractor delivering award-winning projects ranging from £6m to £12m. Our client has a full order book of work for 2025 and into 2026, with plans to develop into commercial, industrial/logistics markets over the next 12 months.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Managing clients to ensure expectations are being met
  2. Ensure works are being delivered to programme
  3. Support site delivery teams across two sites
  4. Provide technical expertise for new tenders
Requirements
  • Experience delivering Design and Build (D&B) projects as a Contracts Manager
  • Experience managing clients and project stakeholders
  • Experience working for Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor
  • SMSTS / CSCS / First Aid

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated at £75,000 per annum, with a company car allowance of £5,000, a company bonus scheme of 10%, pension, and healthcare.
