Responsibilities



  • Manage and oversee multiple mechanical contracts simultaneously, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Work closely with the commercial department to prepare and review budgets, cost estimates, and financial reports related to mechanical contracts.
  • Liaise with all stakeholders and contractors ensuring service delivery and customer satisfaction to the highest level.
  • Collaborate with project teams to plan and coordinate the execution of works, adhering to all relevant regulations and safety protocols.
  • Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment, negotiating with suppliers to achieve cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality.
  • Weekly reporting on project progress.
  • To ensure sub-contractors are procured in a timely manner, ensuring the contract is kept on target from the outset.
  • Manage site installation.
