We are seeking a skilled Residential Youth Support Worker to join our team at our Chesterfield residential home. The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to working with children and young people, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Empowering young people to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential
  • Working closely with colleagues to provide a safe and supportive environment
  • Developing and implementing individualised plans to meet the needs of young people
  • Providing regular updates and feedback to management and colleagues

Salary: £29,000 - £33,000 per annum (dependent on experience). Benefits include: Medicash, EAP, Wellbeing support, Shopping, Cinema and Holiday discounts, Cycle to Work Scheme, 'Refer a Friend' scheme, meals during shifts, and opportunities for progression and cross-organisation development.
