Job Description:

Inspire Resourcing Ltd is seeking a Strategic Partnership Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing strategic relationships with potential customers and introducing supplier opportunities.

The Strategic Partnership Developer will work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Category Management teams to identify customer lead opportunities and develop those leads into potential opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders to identify customer lead opportunities and develop those leads into potential opportunities.
  • Providing qualitative and quantitative business development pipeline analysis and ongoing status to management.
  • Developing and utilizing tools to create tactical and strategic customer business cases, including revenue potential, probability for conversion, costs, risks, and benefits.
  • Facilitating and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders to cultivate a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Creating and distributing monthly reports summarizing business development and integration activities.


Requirements:
  • A High School Degree or Equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in financial service/business development.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
  • Analytical skills in finance and accounting, including proficiency in analyzing financial statements and completing financial models.
  • Ability to lead project implementation and facilitate meetings.
  • Organizational skills with ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interpersonal skills with ability to communicate, written and verbal, and interact with all levels of personnel.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure.
  • Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
