Business Partnership Development Manager

We are looking for a talented Business Partner Analyst to join the Business Partnering team, driving financial growth and shaping the future of a UK icon.
About the RoleAs a key member of the Business Partnering team, you will build strong relationships with business stakeholders and 3rd parties, influencing decision making using data, insights, and commercial acumen.
- Manage improvements and changes to reports and dashboards, providing the Business with key metrics and data.
- Be the key point of contact for colleagues from functions within Royal Mail to request data.
- Exploit existing data, tools, and techniques to support executive reporting and performance management.
We are seeking a good communicator, both written and verbal, who can alter communication style depending on the audience. Self-motivated and able to work autonomously, you will also have a structured, analytical approach with high attention to detail.
Able to work to tight deadlines and prioritise workload, you will have experience of agile development phases and the use of project management tools, including Jira and Confluence.
