**SENIOR ADMINISTRATOR / TEAM LEADER**

**LOCATION: LINCOLN**

**SALARY: UP TO £35,000**

NJR are currently working with a well-established firm of Financial Planners, who now have an excellent opportunity for a highly professional Senior Administrator / Team Leader to join their ambitious, forward thinking and friendly office. This is a thriving and family run company, who prides themselves on the loyalty and rewards they show there employees. To join as a key part of this team you will need to be highly efficient, organised, and be able to multi-task and prioritise accordingly. You will relish getting things organised and getting the job done, have a 'hands-on' approach and be capable of independently completing required functions, whilst also liaising effectively with other team.

Tasks will include;
- Provide high level technical and administrative support to the Advisers/Practice Manager;
- Deal effectively with queries from clients and other parties through effective communication;
- Be the point of escalation for complex client queries, liaising with the respective adviser, clients and third parties as appropriate;
- Ensure Practice Support Specialists perform their key functions consistently and efficiently through effective people management skill and processes;
- Provide technical support and training to new/junior staff joining the practice;
- Manage holiday bookings for team members;
- Deal effectively with queries from clients and other parties through effective communication;
**Knowledge and experience**:

- Senior administration experience of working within a Financial Services / IFA practice or investment/wealth management environment practice;
- Experience of managing workflow, systems and procedures;
- Knowledge of relevant regulation and legislation.
- Experience of client management systems such as Salesforce.
- Experience of managing client accounts and relationships;
**Skills and behaviours**
- Excellent face-to-face and telephone client interaction skills and ability to build rapport swiftly;
- Experience of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel);
- Strong attention to detail;
- Manages time effectively with the ability to multi-task;
- Keeps calm when faced with conflicting demands and handles these effectively;
- Demonstrates a positive attitude at all times;
- Works well on own tasks as well as on shared goals as part of a team;
- Open to change with a creative approach to problem solving.
- Professional and confident in dealing with people, working with total discretion at all times
