The Quality Team are looking for someone highly motivated to support with daily administrative tasks to support the daily running of the team.

We are a dynamic team committed to delivering the highest standard of quality service which you will support by providing day to day effective and efficient support:

- Cover the Practice Placement Support Officer role if short-staffed.
- Ensure orders are placed appropriately, GRN’d and authorised.
- Organise team meetings and ensure they are accurately recorded.
- Support the team lead in the achievement of KPIs, audits etc.
- Support with all administration required for the Effective Practice Facilitators when setting up and delivering training
- Organise quality led meetings and provide minute taking
- distribute appropriate agendas and relevant papers for quality meetings
- Support the Head of Nursing, AHP's and Practitioner performance, the Quality Lead nurse, the Practitioner Performance lead and the Effective Practice Lead with all administrative duties.
