About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Administration Assistant to join our Outpatients Department team. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the department, including coordinating appointments, bookings, and follow-up appointments. You will also act as the first point of contact for patients, offering exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Main Duties:

  • Coordinate appointments, bookings, and follow-up appointments
  • Act as the first point of contact for patients
  • Liaise with GPs, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders
  • Provide administrative support to the Outpatients Department
