The Electronic Assistive Technology Service (EATS) is based in Lincoln and is part of Lincolnshire Community Health Services.

The team provide specialist services for communication and environmental controls to patients across the East Midlands region.

Reporting to one of the Specialist Clinicians, you will be working within the admin team as a Senior Administrator based at Fen House, North Hykeham.

We are looking for individuals who can utilise effective communication skills whilst paying attention to detail and handle confidential information such as patient records on SystmOne. You will also need to have sound computer skills and be familiar with Office 365.

In summary, this role would suit a strong communicator with a caring, empathetic and professional manner to support the EAT service in achieving the objectives of the service that we deliver.

- To provide day to day effective and efficient administration support.
- To be able to work to deadlines and prioritise workload and work towards the KPI’s and targets set for the department
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality
- To talk to patients/clients in a positive and friendly manner and deal with their queries
- Deal with administrative tasks to deliver a positive outcome in a timely manner
- Ensure necessary cover at all times
- Experience of working with children and families and dealing with members of the public
