**Office Administrator (part-time, permanent)**

We're currently looking for an Office Administrator on a permanent, part time basis to join our growing team in Bangor.

Our business is in a fast-growing sector, and we are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to assist with daily operations and help generate new business as we continue to expand.

**Key areas of responsibility**:

- Carrying out general office duties including answering the phone and supporting the technical and management teams if required
- Updating our CRM, accounts and other cloud-based systems
- Performing bookkeeping tasks such as bank reconciliation and credit control
- Helping ensure the smooth running of the office and that we comply with regulatory requirements
- Communicating effectively with our clients
- Identifying and contacting potential clients to help drive growth
- Performing any other relevant and reasonable tasks if required

**Essential criteria**
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Experience with CRM and accounting systems
- Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £14.50 per hour
