About the Role

The Practice/Office Manager position is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced accountancy firm. You will be responsible for managing the daily office operations, supporting the team with general administration, and performing various administrative tasks such as data entry and document management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily office operations
  • Support the team with general administration
  • Type various documents and electronic information
  • Accurate data entry, filing, and record keeping
  • Maintain and update the client management database/Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
  • Report on performance, workflow, and client chargeable time
  • Act as a point of contact for all client enquiries
  • Communicate with clients by phone, email, and letter
  • Onboard new clients, create engagement packs, etc.
  • Personal Assistant duties to the Managing Director/Assist with Company Secretarial duties
Requirements
  • Previous experience in administration and client support, ideally within an accounting or financial services environment
  • Strong proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communicator and able to build relationships and rapport
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Problem-solving skills and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated initiative and a proactive approach to improving efficiencies and workflow
  • Familiarity with basic accounting and Company Secretarial duties is an advantage
