Job Description: As an Administrative Support Officer, you will be responsible for:
- Providing administrative support by conducting typing and word-processing duties with high accuracy.
- Assisting in collecting and analysing factual data and statistical information to inform decision-making.
- Preparing professional letters, minutes, notes, and other clerical documents for officers.
- Managing stationery and office supplies, ensuring timely ordering and monitoring.
Required Skills & Qualifications: Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills are essential for this role. You should also possess a solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.
