MLR Careers is a leading recruitment agency specialising in financial services. We are currently seeking an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to join our client's team. As a paraplanning and administration professional, you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial planning process.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Junior Paraplanner or Financial Planning Administrator looking to develop their skills in paraplanning. You will work closely with financial advisers to create comprehensive financial reports, ensuring that clients receive tailored advice.

  • Process new business applications and income withdrawals
  • Maintain accurate client records on Intelliflo Office
  • Respond to client enquiries and resolve issues professionally
  • Request plan information from product providers and send letters of authority

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience working in a financial planning office, either as a Junior Paraplanner or Administrator. Strong knowledge of Intelliflo Office is essential.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. The successful candidate will also receive benefits including hybrid Work From Home arrangements and opportunities for career development.
