Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Administrator/Paraplanner to join our team at a leading financial planning firm. As a key member of our administration and paraplanning team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional client service and supporting our financial advisers in their day-to-day activities.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of financial planning principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will also be proficient in the use of Intelliflo Office and other relevant software systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Servicing existing clients and assisting with the preparation of financial plans and reports
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records on Intelliflo Office
  • Responding to client enquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
  • Requesting plan information from product providers and sending off letters of authority
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits, including access to ongoing training and development opportunities. The role offers hybrid Work From Home options, allowing you to balance your work and personal life effectively.
