Financial Planning Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning Administrator/Paraplanner to join our team at a multiple award-winning financial planning firm. As a key member of our administration and paraplanning team, you will play a vital role in providing bespoke financial planning advice to clients.
The successful candidate will have relevant experience and knowledge gained within a financial planning office, at either Junior Paraplanner or Administrator level. They will be an experienced user of Intelliflo Office and possess excellent communication skills to effectively respond to client enquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
Responsibilities- Processing New Business applications/income withdrawals
- Maintaining client records on the Intelliflo Office (IO) client management system
- Requesting plan information from product providers and sending off letters of authority
- Working alongside financial advisers to obtain information as part of the process of creating financial reports
- Preparing suitability reports for new business cases
- Preparing post annual review suitability reports where further action is needed, for example fund switches or portfolio rebalancing
