**Job Title:** Financial Planning Expert

 

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Expert to join our team on a 6-month interim basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in capital accounting and budget preparation to work with one of Northern Ireland's largest public sector organizations.

 

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of relevant capital accounting experience, including preparation of capital budgets. They will also possess strong IT skills, particularly MS Excel, and be able to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

 

Salary: £40-45k per annum

 

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing the capital budgets, maintaining finance business partnering support for directorates, managing the treasury function, and providing professional financial advice and information.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of the Capital budgets, with subsequent budgetary control reporting
  • Maintain finance business partnering support for directorates
  • Management of Treasury function
  • Provision of professional financial advice and information
  • Manage performance across the team
