Corela recruitment have partnered with a leading Northern Ireland charity to recruit for an Administrator for their scheme based in Bangor.

**Hours of work**:37/week, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

**Purpose of the role**:To deliver exceptional administration support and office duties for the service.

**Salary and benefits**:

- Salary of at £24.700/ year, increasing with length of service
- 20 days annual leave **PLUS** 12 statutory days

**Some of the responsibilities of the role include**:

- Deliver exceptional administration support and office duties for the service
- Effective organisation of meetings and events, including room booking, invites, refreshments etc.
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and trust, as well as adhering to GDPR requirements
- Deliver a customer focused, professional service.
- Always promote the Organisation in a positive manner
- Banking duties, to include transportation of finances, when required.
- Adhere to ISO Financial Management Systems and in accordance Regulatory Bodies
- Ensure data is accurately maintained for completion of financial reporting systems.
- Process invoices and orders in line with the organisations Quality Management Systems.
- Accurately record weekly staff attendance and submit summary sheets to Finance Business Support.
- Assist the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager to maintain records and auditing of service user’s finances within the service.
- Support the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager in the management of rotas, annual leave and sickness, ensuring the highest levels of accuracy.
- General administration duties as required including filing, mail, photocopying, and minute taking.
- Ability to travel to meet the requirements of the role.

**Experience and qualifications required**:

- GCSE English Maths Grade A-C or equivalent.
- NVQ 2 Administration or other relevant qualification at this level.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administration environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- The Right to Work in the UK.
- Hold a full current driving licence and have access to a car with business use insurance on appointment
