- **6 - 12 months in an HR/Recruitment administrative related role**
Our client is a wholly-owned subsidiary of a multi-award-winning financial planning firm providing professional services to individuals, corporations and trustees.
They wish to appoint an **HR/Onboarding Administrator** to support their recruitment operations.
**The opportunity**
This is a key role for the company as they continue to grow their market share. You will be supporting the hiring managers as they recruit approximately 50 Agents per quarter. It’s a role that is high-volume and that requires keen attention to detail. The successful individual will therefore have to be highly organised and capable of working under pressure to tight deadlines.
**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Compliantly following the recruitment process.
- Coordinating referencing.
- Providing accurate MI data to the Managing Director.
**The individual**
The successful individual must have proven prior experience in a similar HR Administration - recruitment administration, onboarding role.
**Remuneration**
In addition to a highly competitive salary you will receive a benefits package that includes pension, 4 x salary Death-in-Service, 25 days’ holiday plus statutory holidays.
