Administrative Support Specialist

QiStaff Solutions is seeking a skilled and dedicated Administrative Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our organization.
About the Role:
In this role, you will perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and scanning. You will also assist with special projects as assigned and provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Post advertisements for new opportunities
- Enter new employees, changes, and separations in the Ceridian Dayforce HR system
- Complete scanning, filing, and data entry as necessary
- Assist with special projects as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
