**Job Background**

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**

The Administrative Coordinator will be required to carry out the following range of duties that will ensure the smooth daily operational function of the Project:

- To maintain, monitor and review daily computerised records, including data input and retrieval of information in line with the Sure Start Database and compliance.
- To support the Project Coordinator in the collation of information to produce monitoring reports as required by the Childcare Partnership
- To support the Project Coordinator in the collation of information pertaining to Access NI for recruitment purposes
- To work with the Project Coordinator to ensure records for Bangor Sure Start are both of a high quality and kept up to date.
- Collate and submit supplier invoices to Project Coordinator
- Responsible for maintaining petty cash system
- To act as the contact point with the Bangor Sure Start Team for any finance queries and resolve queries in a timely manner.
- Collate additional expenses, overtime and mileage for the Bangor Sure Start team on a monthly basis.
- Contribute to the management team and development of Bangor Sure Start
- Attend meetings, team meetings, senior team meetings and planning meetings as and when required and in line with the role
- To provide administrative support to the Project Coordinator in arranging Management Committee Meetings including organising and servicing meetings e.g. taking of minutes, circulating information

**Essential Criteria**:

- GCSE’s at grade C or above including English Language & Mathematics
- 1 year’s supervisory / management experience in a relevant position / field

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: £22,100.00 per year
