Job Title: Lettings Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Lettings Administrator to join our team at Task Recruitment. As a key member of our property team, you will be responsible for managing the lettings process, from listing properties to agreeing lease terms with tenants.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Listing properties on our database and ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  2. Organizing market appraisals and viewings to showcase properties to potential tenants
  3. Building relationships with sales branches to increase listings and agreements
  4. Managing applications, shortlisting suitable candidates, and negotiating lease terms
  5. Coordinating with landlords and tenants to ensure a smooth lettings process
  6. Managing commission/bonus structure and targets to meet

Requirements:

  • Valid UK driving license and car owner (preferred)
  • Previous experience in an administrative role within an office environment, preferably in the property industry
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A positive attitude, willing to go above and beyond to provide great customer service
  • Word/Excel proficiency

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:30, plus one Saturday (09:30-12:30) every 3 weeks based on a rota.
