Key Responsibilities:

* Listing properties
* Organizing market appraisals
* Bringing on new business
* Agreeing the letting fees with landlords
* Building relationships with sales branches
* Carrying out block viewings
* Adding and dealing with applications
* Negotiating lease terms
* Dealing with tenants and landlords

Requirements:

* Valid UK driving license and car owner (preferred)
* Previous experience in an administrative role
* Strong administrative and organizational skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond
* Word/Excel proficiency

Salary: \u00a242,000 - \u00a242,500 (may be negotiable)

Hours of work: Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:30 plus one Saturday (09:30-12:30) every 3 weeks based on a rota.
