Job Title: Lettings Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Lettings Administrator to join our team at Task Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the lettings process, from listing properties to agreeing lease terms with tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Listing properties on our database and ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  2. Organizing market appraisals and viewings to showcase properties to potential tenants
  3. Building relationships with sales branches to increase listings and agreements
  4. Managing applications, shortlisting suitable candidates, and agreeing properties to tenants
  5. Negotiating lease terms, including rental amounts and term lengths
  6. Coordinating with landlords and tenants to ensure a smooth lettings process
  7. Managing commission and bonus structures to meet targets

Requirements:

  • Valid UK driving license and car ownership (preferred)
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in the property industry
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a keen eye for detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in Word and Excel

Salary and Benefits:

£24,000 - £24,500 per annum, with a competitive commission and bonus structure. Plus, a range of benefits, including a company car and opportunities for career development.

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:30, with one Saturday (09:30-12:30) every 3 weeks, based on a rota.
