Lettings Negotiator

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Lettings Administrator to join our team at Task Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the lettings process, from listing properties to agreeing lease terms with tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Listing properties on our database and ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Organizing market appraisals and viewings to showcase properties to potential tenants
- Building relationships with sales branches to increase listings and agreements
- Managing applications, shortlisting suitable candidates, and agreeing properties to tenants
- Negotiating lease terms, including rental amounts and term lengths
- Coordinating with landlords and tenants to ensure a smooth lettings process
- Managing commission and bonus structures to meet targets
Requirements:
- Valid UK driving license and car ownership (preferred)
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in the property industry
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a keen eye for detail and ability to work under pressure
- Proficiency in Word and Excel
Salary and Benefits:
£24,000 - £24,500 per annum, with a competitive commission and bonus structure. Plus, a range of benefits, including a company car and opportunities for career development.
Working Hours:
Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:30, with one Saturday (09:30-12:30) every 3 weeks, based on a rota.
