**Administrative Assistant**
Peter Dornan & Co is a firm of four Solicitors with offices in Belfast and Bangor. We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in our Bangor office.
**Skills & Qualifications**
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred but not essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a desire to assist others in their endeavours.
- Excellent customer service skills including ability to provide excellent client care to our clients.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to prioritise tasks according to importance.
- Ability to work independently or as a team member.
- Must be able to manage time effectively.
- Must be able to follow directions well enough that they can be managed with limited supervision.
- Must be able to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
