Job Title: Animal Care Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Animal Care Administrative Assistant to join our team at VC Evidensia UK.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £38,500 per annum, reflecting the importance of this role in supporting the delivery of excellent animal care services.

About the Role:
  • You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk, providing exceptional customer service to clients and their pets.
  • Working closely with our veterinary team, you will contribute to delivering an outstanding experience for clients and their animals.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming clients and their pets warmly, both in person and over the phone.
  • Managing administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and processing paperwork.
  • Maintaining accurate client and patient records, providing updates to clients regarding their pets' care and treatment plans.
Requirements:
  • Be able to work effectively in a team environment, prioritizing tasks efficiently.
  • Have prior experience in a fast-paced setting, preferably within a veterinary context.
