Salary: £12 per hour plus 25p mileage, ensuring you earn a competitive rate for your expertise and dedication.
Job Description
As a key member of our care team, you'll be responsible for providing personal care and support to our clients in their own homes. This will involve assisting with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and managing medication, as well as supporting clients with practical activities like meal preparation and household chores.
Required Skills and Qualifications
We're looking for individuals who possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are compassionate and empathetic towards our clients' needs, and can work effectively as part of a close-knit team. While prior experience in social care is not necessary, we do require a willingness to learn and develop new skills to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
