Care Support Assistant

We're seeking a talented Care Support Assistant to join our team at Cera Care. This role involves providing exceptional support to individuals in their own homes, helping them to live independently and maintain their dignity.
About the Role:
- Support individuals with varying needs and abilities, including learning disabilities, complex needs, and mental health conditions.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and our team.
- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and support.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
What We Offer:
- A competitive hourly rate of £12, dependent on experience.
- The opportunity to complete NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Social Care through work-based learning.
