Care Professional

As a Care Assistant with Quality Care Services Limited, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safe and supported lives in their own homes. You will follow individual care plans and assist with personal care, helping clients to bathe, dress, manage incontinence, use the toilet and support them with their medication. You will also help with practical tasks like shopping, mealtimes and housework.
Key Responsibilities• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing and using the toilet
• Support clients with their medication and assist with managing incontinence
• Help with practical tasks like shopping, mealtimes and housework
• Follow individual care plans and work closely with clients and their families to understand their needs and preferences
