We are currently seeking a Support Worker (Mental Health) to join our service at Enterprise Court. This role will involve working with individuals to provide support and guidance, ensuring they receive the care and attention they need.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing emotional support and guidance to individuals
  • Assisting with daily living tasks and activities
  • Collaborating with the team to develop and implement care plans
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting

Requirements:

  • Experience working in mental health or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations
  • Compassion, empathy, and a genuine interest in supporting others
