About the Role
We're seeking a dedicated Care Professional to provide high-quality care and support to our service users across Bangor & Holywood. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in fostering independence and dignity within the comfort of their own homes.
Your Key Responsibilities
Deliver a high-standard of care to our clients, ensuring their well-being and comfort.
Participate in the on-call phone system, covering weekends as required.
Shadow and mentor new staff members, facilitating their induction and development.
Effectively manage and maintain client care folders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Conduct client risk assessments, reporting promptly to the Area Manager.
What We're Looking For
Compassion and empathy in providing care and support.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
Previous experience in domiciliary care, with a willingness to continue professional development.
