Care Team Leader for Elderly Healthcare

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Care Team Leader to join our team at Beaumont Care Homes.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading our care team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional standards of care to our residents. This includes assessing their needs and wishes, developing the service to enhance their quality of life, and promoting independence and personal choice.
The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering nursing care within the elderly healthcare sector and possess strong people management skills. They will also be able to develop internal and external business relationships based on mutual respect and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering Exceptional Standards of Care: Oversee the delivery of person-centred care, continually assessing resident needs and wishes, and developing the service to enhance their quality of life.
- Leading the Care Team: Motivate and support staff to deliver high-quality care, ensuring a cohesive team approach and a positive atmosphere among team members.
- Medicine Management: Ensure medicines are appropriately received, stored, and administered to residents, in accordance with company policies and current legislation.
- Communicating Effectively: Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders, communicating warmly and professionally.
