At Beaumont Care Homes, we are committed to delivering exceptional care to our residents. As a Clinical Team Leader, you will play a key role in leading our care team to ensure the delivery of outstanding standards of care.



The main purpose of this role is to oversee the care team, ensuring that our residents receive the highest possible standards of person-centred care. You will be responsible for assessing our residents' needs and wishes, developing and reviewing care plans to meet their changing physical, social, and psychological needs.



We are looking for an experienced nurse with a passion for delivering high-quality care. You will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team. About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of professionalism and expertise. As a Clinical Team Leader, you will be responsible for:




  • Delivering and overseeing the highest possible standards of person-centred care
  • Championing appropriate independence and personal choice
  • Overseeing all aspects of medicine management
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders
  • Ensuring compliance with all legal, regulatory, and best practice guidelines
  • Documenting efficiently and thoroughly all matters relating to residents and employees
  • Promoting a cohesive team approach and a positive atmosphere
  • Supporting the Home Manager in achieving key targets
  • Participating in the delivery of all aspects of resident care
  • Supporting, guiding, teaching, and mentoring others
  • Acting as a reflective and developmental practitioner


Requirements

We are looking for a qualified nurse with the following skills and experience:




  • NMC Registered Nurse
  • Numerate and literate with the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • Ability to develop internal and external business relationships based on mutual respect and professionalism
  • Ability to work under pressure whilst motivating others


Desired Criteria

Whilst not essential, we would welcome applications from candidates with the following experience:




  • Experience of delivering nursing care within elderly healthcare
  • People management experience
  • Experience of participating in quality and clinical governance programmes
