Clinical Lead Nurse Role

Black Fox Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team in Bangor. As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents and leading a team of nurses to deliver high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of nurses to deliver high-quality care to residents.
  • Ensure day-to-day care is delivered in accordance with our policies and procedures.
  • Carry out the administration of medicines according to policy and procedure.
  • Keep clear and accurate records at all times.
  • Provide Nursing care where this is required.

Requirements:
  • You must be a fully qualified General Nurse with Dementia Nursing experience.
  • 6+ months of Sister/ Charge Nursing experience.
  • A Valid NMC Pin.
