Clinical Lead Nurse Position

Black Fox Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team in Bangor. As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents and leading a team of nurses to achieve this goal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to residents and lead a team of nurses to achieve high-quality care standards.
- Ensure day-to-day activities are meaningful and individualized for residents.
- Administer medicines according to policy and procedure.
- Keep accurate records at all times.
- Lead and manage a team of nurses to achieve high-quality care standards.
Requirements:
- Fully qualified General Nurse with Dementia Nursing experience.
- 6+ months of Sister/Charge Nursing experience.
- A Valid NMC Pin.
