Job Title: Production Team Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Team Leader to join our client's team in Bangor. As a key member of the production department, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and productive operation of the department, while also promoting company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Production Supervisor in maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency within the department.
  • Ensure all production meets company and customer specifications.
  • Maintain and improve housekeeping standards within the department.
  • Identify opportunities for material saving through the use of recycling, alternatives, and specifications.
  • Drive Lean projects within the department.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience in a supervisory role within a fast-paced production/manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership skills, with a qualification in management desirable.
  • Working knowledge of health and safety procedures.
  • Confident communication skills.
