To lead the care team in providing person-centred care, ensuring the delivery of excellent standards of care and promoting rehabilitation where appropriate.
About the Role
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement care plans that meet the changing needs of our residents.
2. Oversee the delivery of high-quality care, ensuring that our residents receive the best possible support.
3. Build and maintain positive relationships with our residents, their families, and external stakeholders.
4. Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and best practice guidelines.
5. Participate in quality and clinical governance programmes, including audit and care services.

Desired Criteria
- Experience of delivering nursing care within the elderly healthcare sector.
- People management experience.
- Experience of participating in quality and clinical governance programmes.
Required Criteria
- NMC Registered Nurse.
- Numerate and literate with the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Understands and effectively uses IT and communication systems required for the role.
- Ability to develop internal and external business relationships based on mutual respect and professionalism.
- Ability to work under pressure whilst motivating their team.
