We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Deputy Home Manager to join our team at Jupiter Recruitment in the Bangor area of Northern Ireland. About the Job

As a Deputy Home Manager, you will be responsible for leading by example and promoting a culture of excellence within the care home. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing care home policies around standards of care, staff welfare and training, and developing an excellent reputation.
  • Developing personal contact with residents, their relatives, and visitors to enhance the resident's quality of life.
  • Deputising in the overall management of the care home, including production of reports, budgets, and Quality of Life monitoring.
  • Ensuring the team attends training days and courses to maintain learning records and develop individuals.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and driven individual who is committed to quality care and has the ability to support and guide others in line with the NMC Code. The successful candidate will receive an excellent salary of £43,074 per annum, based on a 39-hour week at £21.24 per hour.
