Job Summary

The Gynaecology Outpatient Department at Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Staff Nurse to join their team. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient-centered care in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Main Responsibilities

Key responsibilities of the Staff Nurse position include:

  • Providing holistic care to patients in the ward setting under the leadership of a more senior member of staff.
  • Acting as shift leader in the absence of a more senior member of staff.
  • Collaborating with the multi-disciplinary outpatient team to ensure safe, well-organized, and effective clinics.
  • Communicating sensitively and effectively with patients and their families to promote positive working relationships.
  • Participating in the development and evaluation of clinical policies, protocols, and guidelines.
