We are looking for a proactive and innovative individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and has a wealth of knowledge in this specialist area. As a member of our team, you will work collaboratively with medical colleagues to support acute medical care needs of patients, adopting a team-working approach to ensure safe practice, individualised care, and a positive patient experience.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work under pressure, and have a strong motivation to provide holistic nursing care. With a keen interest in developing nursing skills, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating evidence-based nursing care.

This role also offers opportunities for professional development, with participation in education, development, and supervision of other staff members. In addition, there may be instances where you will take responsibility for a ward or equivalent sphere of nursing in the absence of the senior nurse.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable but not essential for this post. We welcome applications from Welsh and/or English speakers alike.
