About the RoleWe are offering a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum for this exciting opportunity. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, utilizing research and evidence-based practice in accordance with Nursing Policies and Procedures.
Main Responsibilities- Evidence of nursing-related qualification to degree level is essential.
- A teaching or assessing qualification to Postgraduate Diploma is desirable.
You will have good knowledge and understanding of current nursing and education issues, as well as experience in service development and quality improvement.
Personal Attributes- Demonstrate evidence of your Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
- Show ability to motivate others and lead developments in the clinical area.
