Senior Clinical Fellow in Emergency Medicine

The Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board NHS is seeking a Senior Clinical Fellow in Emergency Medicine to join their team. As a key member of the emergency medicine department, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of clinical skills and knowledge.
With a strong background in acute care and a passion for teaching and leadership, you will be responsible for leading shifts, mentoring junior doctors, and participating in quality improvement initiatives. Your expertise will be valued as you work closely with Welsh Ambulance and EMRTS services to enhance prehospital emergency care.
As a Senior Clinical Fellow, you will have the opportunity to pursue advanced education and research opportunities, including a fully funded PGCertMedEd. You will also contribute to the development of medical education programs, working closely with students, junior doctors, and nursing staff to promote excellence in clinical practice.
We offer a competitive salary of £65,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits, including a generous annual leave allowance, pension scheme, and opportunities for professional development.
