This role includes a salary package of £42,000 - £50,000 per annum. You will work closely with ward/department teams to ensure that patient care is delivered to the highest standards, utilizing research and evidence-based practice in line with Nursing Policies and Procedures.

Main Duties
  • Empower ward/department teams to deliver patient care to the highest standards.
  • Utilize research and evidence-based practice to improve patient outcomes.

You will need to demonstrate evidence of own Continuing Professional Development, as well as possess good knowledge and understanding of current nursing and education issues.

Requirements
  • Evidence of nursing-related qualification to degree level is essential.
  • Able to develop a culture of quality within education and training.
