About the Role
We are seeking an experienced dialysis senior staff nurse to work in a full-time basis with Sanctuary Personnel Ltd, a dedicated and award-winning recruitment agency. This role offers a competitive salary package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care while promoting a patient-focused approach.
- Collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams and with external organizations and hospital trusts.
- Adhere to company procedures, guidelines, and policies, and assist in implementation and review.
- Develop knowledge and skills relevant to delivering high-quality patient care.
- Demonstrate a commitment to evidence-based practice and assist in evaluating evidence to improve patient care.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration.
- Prior experience in renal nursing is preferred but not essential.
Benefits:
- Salary: £29,402 - £35,461 per annum (dependent on experience)
- Location allowance based on experience and location
- 35 days paid leave per annum, including bank holidays
- Monday to Saturday working pattern
- Day shifts only
- Flexible timings
- Flexible contracts
